²⁹ The remainder of the acts of Rehoboam and all that he did, are they not written on the scroll of the events of the days of the kings of Judah? ³⁰ There was always war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam. ³¹ Then Rehoboam slept with his ancestors,^[a] and he was buried with his ancestors^[b] in the city of David. The name of his mother was Naamah the Ammonitess. Abijam his son became king in his place.
